I had a dream that Rih played me a snippet of a new song 

 

It was kinda fade and for like 4 seconds but it was a POP BANGER omg.. like GGGB/Loud kind of pop but still fresh and new and undone before (I don't know how to explain it) and it was amazing.

Titled The Highlights, and it's still charting on Billboard 200 at #7 and it went platinum in the UK and France.

no, for example the GH has Blinding Lights and more

if the combined streams and sales of After Hours album this week is bigger than the GH, then Blinding Lights streams and sales will count towards After Hours, but if the GH streams and sales is bigger then Blinding Lights streams and sales will count towards the GH

now when he performed at the halftime show, obviously his singles (read: the songs featured on the GH) will be bigger than each respective album tracks, hence it counts towards the GH (which means that week, for After Hours the only songs count for the album are the songs that aren't included on the GH, hence why it was kicked from the chart that week)
