Another explanation is they don't want people to hear the song before the film. So it won't be on physical copies of the soundtrack but it will get released online when the film is out.

They probably saw all of the headlines and attention LMU was getting being marketing as 'Rihanna's return to music' that they decided....hell let's milk her return as much as we can and make people come to theater to listen to the 2nd song lol

Might also be kinda spoilery. If you've seen leaks about the film, the song title alone gives away some pretty important info.

Not her axing Born Again 

I'm guessing Born Again will be in the actual Movie Score album, instead of the Inspired By album.
