I'm guessing Born Again will be in the actual Movie Score album, instead of the Inspired By album.

I'm not familiar....what's the difference?

  • this is a random rant but I'm proud of (the majority) of us. Some of these girls on here are so fickle they've abandoned their original favs that are still active and bandwagoned anyone else with subs

guys her video makes me sooooooooo emotional omg    we have grown old together as a fanbase. we were just teenagers & most of us are adults in their late 20'/30's now.

I think Born Again is coming on Nov 11 with movie premiere

Or maybe they don't want Born Again to distract from LMU in streaming and radio play.....

It's actually a smart move....LMU is already fragile with her streaming numbers we don't need lil sis tugging at her wig lol I'm sure they'll add it to the digital version of the album at some point

Pretty much this but I wanted to hear another new song!

What if they just edited Born Again out the credits and we never hear of it again

Staying away from here for so long made me forget how easily people throw logic out the window and panic needlessly :dies:

The song is in the film. That's not even a rumour or anything speculative. The only question is when it gets released.

I mean, it's one of two options.

- The song is tied to the post-credits scene, and they don't want to spoil the scene. Same way they don't list actors for those scenes when advertising the cast. It will be released when the film is out.

- The song is for her album and will be released as her own official single. In which case we should expect an announcement from her next week just before the movie drops, and an official release shortly after.

Not the born again mess. I wish rihanna didn't work with Marvel ugh

Pour it Up still sounds so fresh....it really was ahead of its time

did born again leak? because looking at the meltdown over here feels like the song was a masterpiece or something :rip:

LMAO NOT Born Again being canceled. This is starting to give 2015/2016.

UGH, I was so excited about Born Again :chick3: hopefully we get to hear it sooner than later

Right. Nobody even knows what it sounds like and for all we know, everyone might end up hating the song :skull:

Random Question: I remember seeing Rihanna's picture from SavagexFenty Vol. 4 red carpet in the base right after LMU premiere but now I can't find it anywhere. What happened to those pictures??

The “inspired by” soundtrack just has pop songs, while the score album is the audio actually played in the movie. You know, the symphonic songs with no vocals. But, I think in Hunger Games they had The Hanging Tree as part of the score, so that could be the case here too.

Oh ok that makes sense

Consideration is one of the best intro tracks for an album!

They also added The Hanging Tree as a digital exclusive to the "inspired by" album after the movie came out.

It's gonna be another ballad but some people who've listened to it said it sounds more akin to what you would expect from Rih (compared to LMU which honestly doesn't, lol). :lakitu:

The "Inspired By" (what's dropping on Friday) is really just a compilation of songs that might or might not be in the movie. It's more of a marketing tool at this point. Original Black Panther "Inspired By" here:

The Movie Score contains ONLY the music that plays in the movie (even if it's just a bunch of dramatic violins playing in the background for 30 seconds). Original Black Panther Score here:

Could have been a huge #1 if released in 2017.

Still goes off

If LMU manages to debut at #1...the headlines :jonny: the song will then be a shoe in for an Oscar nomination. I think that's what they're going for
