Enough with the where’s Waldo antics. Girl just announce it and by announce it, I mean the damn album. At this point, she should drop a pre-save of the album and single on the same day.

That’s what I don’t understand…she herself is creating this hyper importance on one album. So with anything that doesn’t go perfect feels like a huge failure. That’s why the label freaked out when Fair didn’t do anything. 

i have a lot of faith esp with new management ESPECIALLY lydia.

 

i feel like we're getting that single at least by september 8th and a vma performance to follow i'm sure.

I hope that they're working on releasing two singles and not just Candy Paint. She needs to have a follow up single ready after Candy Paint (especially seeing as a lot of people have already heard the demo of Candy Paint).

I agree that there should at least be a promo single right before the album, but Candy Paint needs its moment for a second. I don't think many have actually heard the whole song in full length aside from the hardcore fans on Twitter. And apparently the final version has new elements to it.

There doesn’t need to be a promo single or any of that stuff. Just drop a song and album get out there and perform and build an audience. This is part of the problem…everyone including her and her team are overthinking things. It’s about over 6 years since she said she was gonna put out  an album.

i think normani will drop before the vma's. i think she's just showing her face more often so people see her outside and rubbing elbows. but i think the music is right there.

That's what it seems. Her new management doesn't really seem to be playing with info. I don't even think she'll do the usual and let us know when she's rehearsing for a video.

 

I really have no clue what's going on but if Lydia and Brandon signed on to deal with it, it seems to be worth it and actually coming. We just have to hang tight. September! (Fingers crossed)

Am I the only one who thinks Normani's debut is the most anticipated debut in a while?

I feel like if you like JoJo, Ariana Grande, or Tinashe, then you would stay alert for what Normani is about to serve up. Something that is vibes, hood, dance-centric, dark. Her sultry singing voice is such an interesting texture too, it is very special.

It's the fact she ALWAYS has time to be a soliciate and attend Fashion Week/Birthday Parties but not engage with her fans.

i think this is the one thing she could do. even if music isn't coming say tomorrow, tweeting her fans, getting on instagram live would be nice and keep her in our face.
