This title is directly showing Gaga when you search for it on Spotify. That only happens to things that are uploaded and hidden. So it must be the title of the song and I for one have thought that she wouldn't be teasing the lead with a snippet just in case of a leak or something. I had a theory that the snippets were just album tracks and that the lead would be completely something else. And yes, that includes the Chromatica film tease.
