Can someone please confirm that I didn't make this up, I swear there was a Rain on Me demo leak with Gaga and Ariana and it had a different intro, like water flowing or something. It was just a snippet

 

Edit: I just found it, titled early version… does anyone else have this? It's actually the full song, some of the instrumentals are different and the whole song is muffled.

im sorry but the 991 mv concept was like 95% from its director Tarsem Singh lets not.. lets praise her for working with a professional yeah but using 991 to prove "she has not lost her touch" is a reach

You do know Bloodpop would've done the demos too, right? Demos are demos for a reason; they're meant to change. Was Gaga in her right mind during the creation of the album? No. But she absolutely had the final say on how the album sounded. Stop trying to blame others for her overworking of the music. That is something she has always struggled with; constant tinkering to the point of sanitizing the uniqueness. She did it with ARTPOP too.

Its been almost 5 years can we stop pretending that Babylon demo is better than the final version we got

911 music video was a collaborative effort. Tarsem had a vision of a video that he kept for years, Gaga had a personal story on what 911 song was about and somehow both Tarsem and Gaga's visions meshed well together for this project.

 

Although Gaga gave Tarsem free reign on what to do with the video, not changing a single frame for the final cut, to say that she has only 5% contribution of the concept is a bit of a disservice when she freely talks about the inspirations, the visuals, costumes and her vision for parts of the video on this Behind The Scene that she did.
