If something is coming (the lead single, seemingly) it will be around Halloween season, even though LG7 won't be released until 2025. Fortunately, in case you forgot, a blockbuster movie is being premiered in a month, and she is the lead actress, so the waiting for new music will be easier 

Gaga in May said she was working as fast as possible to finish LG7 but now she's "taking a well deserved vacation" before mastering? After spending a week rehearsing a cabarat performance in Paris?

i know this has been longer than the gap between BTW and ARTPOP, but that wait was horrible because the album was supposed to be released much earlier if it hadn't been for the injury. imagine her announcing it in august 2012 and then constantly teasing us with lyrics and snippets and music from her car........ and then getting full on silence until july 2013 

As someone who was around that time, the wait for LG7 has been 100,000 times worse.

 

At least for Artpop, we had confirmed material coming. We've had such little knowledge about LG7 that this base regularly jokes about the album not even existing.

 

To make matters worse: Even though she teased ARTPOP a year before release, at least Born This Way had only been out 1-2 years and was sonically fresh enough to hold us over. With LG7, it's been 4 years since Chromatica and lord knows there's only so many times I can enjoy s-sour candy.

If I'm not supposed to believe her when she says 'soon', why should I believe her when she says 'Now you have to wait'? 

These LMs create such far fetched stories. Britney giving her an award at the VMAs? That's when you know it's fake as hell.

• The Tricon award was her vanguard, she or MTV changed the name since the Leaving Neverland documentary had come out the year prior
• Britney being the 1st option for Popular is old tea + Britney's been very clear about being retired from the music industry
• If it's called Girlfriend, why was it called Garden of Eden when the snippet was copyright claimed by UMG?
• Nat King Cole's version of Smile is a cover of the Charlie Chaplain version (that Joaquin Phoenix was singing in the latest Joker trailer )

• If she were waiting until the VMAs to premiere the lead (which are being held on September 10th), she wouldn't announce the lead or the album almost a month early  that's not how the industry works anymore. You announce within 7 days of releasing to keep the hype from fizzling out.

It's clear that for LG7 her team is more chaotic than ever, she has been teasing since last december, we got multiple reliable insiders telling us that something was coming, we even got nicola, her father, SELVA and Andrew saying or alluding that it was done/supposed to come out by the the end of summer. 

 

If anything has changed, it must have happened at the last minute, considering she and Andrew haven't worked on the album since MAY!!!

These random users wouldn't know anything; they're either sucking Bobby's sweaty balls or lying because they crave attention to satisfy some random fetish they have

I was there, and comparing the two is farfetched. The drought lasted just a few months; she was on tour with the BTW Ball until Feb 2013. "Applause" came out in August. We are talking about what? Six months? We are now have almost reached FIVE YEARS, let's be real
