Yeah imagine belittling your fave’s work ethic and mental health considering all that she has managed to achieve while learning to live with it, especially when a lot of members using online forums in the year 2022 will be going through similar things ON TOP of being ignorant of the fact Gaga herself is not the CEO.

Your fave is the biggest advocate for mental health out there and for some reason you thought mocking her own mental health, PTSD from years of bullying and sexual abuse would make you sound smart? I never mocked her mental health.  What ya'll are failing to comprehend is that from a purely business perspective, what I described is completely valid.  If you own a company, all of these things come into play and are actually important regardless of how uncomfortable it may make you feel.  I'll just shut up because it's clear ya'll think I'm trying to mock her or something when I'm not.  I have mad respect for what she does.

You are literally using Gaga’s openness with her mental health struggles to draw correlations with why the business is supposedly failing according to that article, and if you can’t see why it’s a rancid hot take, then I do suggest you stop posting 

I get what @Archetype is saying from a business perspective. 

 

Even if it's due to mental health, an investor would be hesitant to invest in a product whos CEO is perceived as unreliable. It's a risk. it's a sad truth, but that's business at the end of the day. but Haus Labs is not just Gaga; it's an incorporated business, so I don't think Gaga herself is considered 'risky'.

No, I am not and did not try to correlate them, it's an observation I had way back when I read about the Chromatica recording sessions and was concerned knowing she has a bunch of people working for her.  I have no idea why "allegedly" employees were leaving (I think someone already debunked that via the LinkedIn employee count).  Perhaps you should, I don't know, ask questions if you are upset instead of trying to accuse people of things or put words in their mouth.

“Also, love Fad, but no employee wants to work for someone who is having psychotic breaks and manic depressive episodes to the point where they refuse to leave their bedroom for days/weeks randomly while in their mid-30's.  I don't know anyone like that and tbh I would never trust them to be my boss let alone run a company.  Hope she is doing better now and is learning how to handle her emotions better.”

she went from saying she hated selling perfumes and cosmetics and hating on money and even offering paying back to their pursace of tour tickets to creating her own make up lane + cancelling rock in rio a day before she or her dancers was never even there so, u can expect anything by rich people.

I see why you'd think I was trying to correlate them, my sentiment was from working with leaders going through struggles and crises and the perception that left on employees and how it negatively impacted the work environment.  I don't actually believe people constantly left HL anyway, Business Insider is known for blowing things out of proportion for clicks.  Also, what I referred to happened 2+ years ago, this wouldn't apply to HL in 2021 at all, and you'll see at the end of my post, I specifically said "Hope she is doing better now and is learning how to handle her emotions better."  It was probably naive of me to assume people would read my post from a business perspective.

 

I always think back to the discussions she had at Harvard a while ago when she discussed the power of emotional intelligence and understanding that one can grow and learn from their own internal struggles.  I can relate to some of the struggles she's been through so I'm really not trying to mock anyone, but I'm also in the position where I need to be aware of how my emotional state affects the work I do and the people who rely on me.  I know we can't always be 100, but it's important to realize when we need to ask for help and take time to be sad, mad, etc, maybe do nothing at all, while also try to understand why we are feeling the way we do.  Apologies if my prior post offended anyone, I should have worded it better.
