I always think back to the discussions she had at Harvard a while ago when she discussed the power of emotional intelligence and understanding that one can grow and learn from their own internal struggles.  I can relate to some of the struggles she's been through so I'm really not trying to mock anyone, but I'm also in the position where I need to be aware of how my emotional state affects the work I do and the people who rely on me.  I know we can't always be 100, but it's important to realize when we need to ask for help and take time to be sad, mad, etc, maybe do nothing at all, while also try to understand why we are feeling the way we do.  Apologies if my prior post offended anyone, I should have worded it better.

Yeah. But we can all agree that if HMH continues to bomb, her career was a waste.  

The way some of y'all are so f*cking brain damaged, whipped by OGHs who live off EBT, and bothered stans of the previously relevant that you really can't fathom a person struggling with mental illness professionally  People are not robots and a person's work isn't automatically the most important thing in their life at every given moment. 

 

The idea that she's "bad" for not being able to have been perfect in her work while struggling with severe mental illness is so ridiculous and detached. Especially when it lasted maybe a year or so (which is not at all unheard for a major depressive episode) and she's already moved past it. Let whatever BS baggage y'all still have GO
