I don't get the complains at all, she alternate between pop and hac/jazz music very nicely, without leaving either side of fans starved. Now I would have understood the complains if she had followed ASIB with ballads, but she literally gave you album full of pop tracks just two years ago

I think they were damn hurt by the fact she publicly said she wasn't happy making Chromatica, that she was in pain

and they are mad the album didn't do as big as they thought
