After doing some digging apparently they started recording the album in summer/fall 2019 into early 2020 but it was put on hold because of covid and their drummer dying. They picked back up Fall/Winter 2022 to finish the album. So basically she was in the studio recording Chromatica or the Joker 2 songs.

I missed the meltdowns/discourse but y'all need to stop getting into a hissy fit whenever Taylor does something you'd wish Gaga would do. I'm screaming at her doing her makeup. There's so much gif material. I love it.   Girl caked that concealer ON.  The way she does her makeup reminds be of the 2016-2018 era of how beauty influencers used to do their makeup. It was heavy, heavy, heavy on stuff. In 2023 people are doing more light makeup and concealer just on the edge of the eye and a dot on the inside.

it actually makes sense to cake on this concealer given its properties of caffeine and fermented arnica for reducing puffiness and redness.

She looks gorgeous, the video was very enjoyable.
