Not trying to be a downer, but this is why so many insiders who are seemingly “right” about some things are usually wrong about so many more things. Of course someone is releasing something on July 7. I’m sure someone is releasing something July 14th as well. 

When I was like 16 in 2015 I made a fake Gaga insider account and put it on private and tweeted “LG5 released xx/xx/2016” with every Friday through the entire year and then I tweeted “LG5 is titled ******” with multiple different starred out combinations and when everything was announced I deleted all the wrong tweets and retweeted it from my main and I had so many people believing it asking for more info about the era so……yeah they’re all the equivalent of a stan twitter clairvoyant

Dune Part II is the finale to Dune Part I.  It's meant to conclude the main Dune character storyline as interpreted by Denis, this was his original wish.  If they continue Dune in future installments, it will be with other directors and focus on other story-lines with different actors.  Idk if Gaga would want to be in that unless offered a leading role in an HBO Dune series or something like that with high production value.

It's not really the Cannes festival, but a charity event like the amfAR Gala (which is also in Cannes this month). But maybe, they listed guests here: https://www.instagram.com/p/CrYUrPCIwWQ/

 

There is even a famous French presenter (Ophélie Meunier).
