I kind of always thought A-YO would've been a great lead single for Joanne. It definitely fits in with the rest of the album unlike Perfect Illusion. Probably would have performed similar to PI chart-wise, but I think it would've had more longevity

She did not get a buccal fat removal or cheek implants. She only gets temporary procedures done such as botox, cheek and jaw fillers, eyebrow lift, and lip injections but nothing permanent like you implied.
