Partnerships aren't pushed out to all of a person's followers. They're ads so they only get pushed out to specific groups of people the ads are targeted to.

This doesn't mean anything. There are films with higher budgets and they still end up being disastrous. Top Gun 2 will be great but I doubt it will be better than the first film. Gaga isn't a cast member in the film so not sure why this even matters.
