the fact that songs like hold me closer have been (and remain) on TTH for months and she can't get on is really tragic, not sure if she's just alienated streaming platforms like she did radios. but her streams are good so idk. maybe it's just poor management.

She’s an apple girl, always has been. She has done so many brand deals with Apple Music. Remember when she filmed Stupid Love on an iPhone. Spotify is not her biggest fan. Plus, Gaga doesn’t participate in heavy payola. TTH is full of acts that write fat checks to have a residency on that playlist. 
 

TTH would give the song a nice boost, but it is doing well organically without it. Not all songs on TTH become hits and not all hit songs are on TTH

The song literally just went viral not even two weeks ago and is still growing/proving its longevity, and she's had no problem getting on TTH with songs in the past. Even HMH was on for several weeks at the end of its run. Lol, chill out, it's still super early. TTH would barely help her at this point, as much as some people would like to believe it's the saving grace to streaming.

HMH was on TTH at some point iicr. Not that it’s any indicator imo. It was a new release. BM is a viral smash from 2011. I wouldn’t count on TTH but who knows at this point. Some other old songs did the get the placement after they went viral.

Two spins from Z100, looks like a few other stations gave it a spin today as well. It's hard to keep track because several stations haven't updated their database yet and are giving it a spin but labeling it as Poker Face or smth on their recently played page. 

 

As long as it keeps gaining in streams and airplay though, it's looking like it could chart on the Hot 100 for next week (doubt it can this week, seems to be about 1,500-2,000 units off still)

Yeah, most probably it’s not but at the same time, as someone already said; it wouldn’t help that much (unless if placed at #1 and with a cover ).

Yeah, no. It's been over two weeks. Monsters should complain about TTH instead of spamming twitter about her makeup and wigs and all that girly nonsense they obsess over all day.

Lol right, airplay is so much more important than TTH right now

They need to let the song just grow organically as long as possible and then once it plateaus then kick in with the TTH. Because we at Christmas time, blowing their load early would be as waste.
