BM should debut on Global spotify if its really over 1M today 

 

I'm most excited about new peaks in some LatAm countries on the Artist chart, these countries contribute a lot to the worldwide numbers (México #159 (+37), Brasil #100 (+25), Argentina #154 (+40)). For reference, number 1 song on these markets are always around 1 million streams). Also, these countries almost don't listen to Christmas songs, there is no Winter Wonderland interfering in the number most probably.

This is definitely not happening unless it starts smashing on Spotify. I doubt she will even notice this trend. It seems like it will be a short-lived TikTok-fueled resurgence, so I'm definitely not getting my hopes up. It probably needs to pull off 2-3 million streams per day for them to even remotely consider the possibility of releasing BM as a single.

I think she wants to separate between Gaga the actress and Gaga the pop star. She doesn't wanna be in the “pop star goes actress” category forever and to be fair she's pretty much a fully fledged actress now. Her choices have been strong and very on brand for Gaga too.

 

I'd love a TikTok with the song when they start filming to create more buzz like this cultural reset
