I assume that that "Born This Way" has managed to surpass "21" in streams for the first (?) time. Do we have the total numbers? She did 1.7M with BM and Judas alone today.

Artpop and Joanne deserve terrible streams because they are mediocre/bad/terrible albums. BTW is a masterpiece, and it was painful to see its low streams. I'm glad that it is finally seeing a resurgence after all these years.
