Some VFX studios do use forms of AI to make their work easier though. It was used on those spiderverse movies but that doesn't mean those movies were AI art/AI slop. It was used as a tool to make life easier for the artists. So yes maybe some form of AI was used but if that's the case it doesn't mean it's "AI slop" it was made by a vfx studio and I don't feel like I'm qualified to even determine if AI was used.
