Katy for Act III confirmed, just in time for her comeback

 

I'm really surprised at how much genuine interest and hype there is for her comeback, I never thought I'd see that kind of energy from the public for Katy again. There's so much pressure on her, I really hope she delivers quality. 
 

Or best case scenario can re-release Tsunami as the lead and it can become her biggest and most acclaimed single

Yeah something definitely feels different this time. There's actual positivity from the media going into this era rather than scrutiny. "Harleys In Hawaii" honestly did a lot of legwork in keeping her not only relevant with the TikTok crowd, but in a favourable light. There's poptimism now and nostalgia for Teenage Dream. If she and her team play their cards right, this next era could be a huge moment and (hopefully) return her to a status she won't fall from again any time soon.

I remember Mariah Carey's comeback was also referred as the literal "return to the form", so, sadly, I can't trust this source. 

This journalist also claims that Katy's downfall was planned by some influential people. And that Gaga was probably happy about Katy's downfall because she hates her.
