I just realized on Bl*ckground's new website the page to shop JoJo doesn't work. They probably knew her fans would be against their release and didn't even bother actually manufacturing it  or maybe she found a way to take her own action? 

 

On another note though I kinda want her sound to be completely revamped on her next album. I try to support her latest Warner Records releases but I feel like she doesn't really excel lately in all these R&B/pop mid-tempos. It would be fun to see her fully experimental like Agape or focus on classic soulful sounds like Boy Without A Heart.

Just bought her latest albums.

I love Jojo but admittedly, haven't done my due diligence in listening to all of her tracks. Just discovered Dissolve and it's incredible. Another one to add to the favorites. 

 

 

 

She's really fire whenever she does these sparse, sexually tense tracks. Like another fav of mine, In the Dark.

I hate that it's one of her best songs but it's a cover + not on streaming. It's criminal she did so much of her best work with Da Internz but the only one that made it to streaming is a one-off unfinished song that it just under Kosine's name . I'm used to switching between my downloaded iTunes songs and Spotify bc I stan JoJo and Tinashe, queens of leaks and mixtapes but I'd like to stop one day

She’s spoken very highly about the quality of the next project saying, it’ll be the album she’s remembered by, her best vocally, and that she’s going pop. 
 

Her engagement has been called off, so I’m not sure if that will affect the direction/timeline.

It happened sometime around the very end of November -- we don't know what happened, but she's implied that he may have been a pathological liar. They have both taken the rings off. She was recently asked if she was single and she responded, "I'm album".

Not sure if she's going pop or dance pop. She does have some collaborations as well with Jordan Fisher ("Feel Love (Remix)"), THEY. ("Would You Go?"), Amorphous, and ZEDD.
