But let's be real this won't do much on the charts and that's okay. I don't think Hilary should be chasing the charts, of course success is still a factor but I'd like her to find her niche and get a nice rounded base with her music because that's where sustainable success will be. I mean Carly Rae, Lorde, Demi aren't pulling massive numbers but they are able to release music from time to time, so I believe Hilary can do it too.

 

As long as the song have consistent decent streams, I'll be happy for her, I'm just really excited for the new music!!!

Agreed. Sure I'd love for her to get a top 50 hit or a top 5 album or whatever. But I think she's doing it for the arts not the charts hehe. Also, 3:39 is great! In comparison, CTS and AAY were 2:42. She really pioneered the folk-pop sound AND the 2+mins song trend!

Maybe, just maybe, that's coming back to life on Sunday since it's their last show with Samsung and right after the release of Mature.

I don't think so. Joel left Hilary for Nicole, and Nicole is older than Hilary. 🧐 and in my opinion Hilary is way over that situation. The lyricist she is! 
 

She broke up a couple of times with Matthew. And he has daughters. I would guess on that… someone who Matthew hooked up between the break ups.

I don't think it's directed at Joel at all. Him and Nicole are only 2 years apart. I think it might be directed at Mike. They had a 7 years age gap between them and everyone knew he cheated her left and right all around hollywood lol
