wait she was wearing a red white and blue coloured look on the first teaser she posted that kind of matched the sporty training season vibe but then the picture with the key (that's apparently from this photoshoot she just teased in the video) she's wearing a completely different dark outfit that doesn't look sporty at all.

I don’t think anybody thinks it’s bad yet, it’s just a surprise I presume since we expected a more drastic departure from her signature disco/dance pop sound and the (albeit VERY short) snippet kinda sounds like FN
