Because apparently they predicted 19mil streams and HDD reported 15mil.

what did they do?

Guys the lead dropped because Urban radio stopped playing Break My Soul after the album dropped. I noticed everyday that BMS Was getting negative updates daily in favor of Church Girl & Cuff It. 
 

That probably decreased the expected radio audience.

The sudden Thursday night drop of four remixes makes a little more sense now. They got cocky and comfortable and then realized, "Oh ****."
