Hmmm I dont think so, she quite obviously hides SIR the most. Out of the twins, Rumi has had quite the showcase in the RWT Film, she was a visibile part of the Rodeo IVP campaign, etc.

 

Blue is clearly "the star" of the kids who wants the limelight, but out of the twins, its by far Rumi we get to see the most

It just seems to good to be true and in any case she probably wouldn't be performing any of her songs, which makes me a bit indifferent about the possibility.

But gaga was in Paris and they initially intended for the live but forced to record it few hours before because of the rain.

to me it leads back to the she's been more distant and even more reserved than usual since the twins thing, like something switched in her sometime after 2017-2018. and i don't buy the whole "she doesn't do award show performances bc she wants to get paid" narrative cause why is she not doing other types of performances then ? more private stuff, one off concerts, prerecorded or paid livestreams in her backyard, selling tour dvds and so on ? sure she did dubai and the tour for big checks but for someone who loves performing that much she never does it outside those two occasions. like damn girl a grammy performance once every 10 years won't kill you

You answered your own question. BIG checks only. A livestream in her backyard isn't going to bring her the money a tour or billionaire hotel heir would. She creates demand by only performing at her shows so more people want to go. In the same way Hermes creates demand by only making a handful of birkins a year. She's marketing herself as a luxury.
 

Also, her body is exhausted and she battled several injuries in preparation for this last tour. It makes sense for her to slow down to preserve her body and voice for years to come. I wholeheartedly believe she'll be involved with the Olympics in 2028, but only if they meet her fee.
