She had sent her silver boots that say IM THAT GIRL. Chlöe got hers as a Christmas gift. 

We know an act iii exist but nothing really points to it being an album with the exception of her saying "this three act project was recorded….” And even then the word "record" is broad and can be interpreted as "shoot" also. That's my biggest gripe

I wonder why she never teased B9.

All the other merch has "Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin Circuit" and "KNTRY Radio Texas, 100,000 watts of healing power" on it. We know this represents the album because it's on the tracklist poster too. "Always Been Country" represents the visuals 

 

The visuals will be branded as "(NAME) by a film by Beyoncé, brought to you by Always Been Country Pictures"

Well the last half of the album didn't exist due to evidence of the vinyl debacle. She could have decided to RECORD a third album.

Exactly, is there an act 3? If there isn't that means we could get the visuals soon. If not, then we would have another almost 2 years for visuals.

The whole B7/B8 thing could just be a joke about Cowboy Carter being released in the 2nd place when it was supposed to be the 1st installment of the trilogy. 
 

i wouldn't read too much into it and I genuinely still think the 3rd act is also music.

Just like with the tracklist, the iHeart radio appearance, and with your announcements. We will NEVER know for sure what's going down until the second she posts. The speculation is fun tho, because we do know it's either visuals, or TOUR. Visuals would be the absolute BEST decision. So she can maximize the era before Taylor comes!
