saw the color purple this past week. Halle was amazing. Didn’t realize she wrote an original song for the film! It’s Oscar shortlisted too. Co-written with NOVA WAV who did most of renaissance. Also the director was a director on Black is King. Lots of parkwood influence on this film!

seeing the little beaksters get pseudo confirmation from insiders that she’ll be releasing and touring next year and all we get are vague teases every 6 months about some alleged music videos we’ll never see

I don’t trust insiders for either one because usually none of that **** ever happens

 

i do however slightly trust Beak herself since she’s been seen in public coming and going from recording studios

 

if Neck gives us a live album soon, I’ll keep my foot off hers for a few months

a reliable french twink with alleged ties to beak’s label confirmed the lead coming in spring, tour announcement in january + small tour in summer… and we’re still begging for a sign that ACT II hasn’t been shelved

little beaksters = petit monsteras

 

I would really love an album from her that explores and takes influences Little Richard's and Prince's type of Rock n Roll. Or Chuck's.

I want gritty. I want a soulful, rock infused record, I want to hear her squall like Jay was caught in bed with another woman. I need her SEETHING, veins visible on that long neck. It's time to drag everyone, she's had enough!

 

Most importantly, I want to see the IASF and R&B stans gagging again at an even more experimental sound just bc they hated Renaissance.
