AND THEN THE CONCERT ITSELF THE FOOTAGE IS GOD TIER. @PrettyHurts spilled its her performance peak, she’s way more charming and captivating just existing on that stage now. Her energy is ******* magnetic like never before on top of the immaculate singing and dancing I think it’s bc she’s more relaxed and focused on her voice, her favorite thing

I loved the film, but I didn’t like how some parts were filmed. 

The Uncle Johnny bit is the clear tear jerker but the entire film is so emotionally charged with so many shots of fans and the crew. I love how much he highlights both and the diversity of her work/fanbase

Blue Ivy stole the film tho. What a sweetheart!

the one thing that i noticed was how some of the extreme close-up shots were so obviously not filmed during the concert? like she filmed them during rehearsal and shes looking directly into the camera. it was a little jarring lol

 

im just so happy we got an album documentary. we haven't seen her work like this in so long. its like the one thing i really wanted from her this era and we got it
