CEO's can attend concerts just because they want to and still say NO to Beyoncé, this "it's clear she's still in talks" is just a theory. the article mentioned screenings were had, reshoots done, and still crickets from studios wanting it. No one wants to pay top dollar for a product from 2022 in the year 2023, if her team is shocked by that fact then that is alarming. If that's not sloppy then I don't know what is

that one insider doesn't have any further details beyond "a film exists and conversations were happening"

nothing about self titled or lemonade was messy. just because she wasn't promoting like mathew used to make her, does not make it messy.

 

she pioneered the visual album, changed the national release day, helped launch a streaming service, headlined the super bowl the day after Formation dropped, performed two VMA medleys for both eras. did coachella and two stadium tours. those eras solidified her as a legend...literally nothing messy about it.

They get all in a tizzy when we talk about our theories/opinions but then turn around and project their own theories as if it's facts.

She most definitely is and acts on impulses and dreams rather than strategies

we can’t compare her to younger girls bc "they are starting out so promo is expected", we also can’t compare her to the older ones bc "she’s not like them" and we also CAN’T compare her to her peers bc y’all will have excuses for that too 

 

she already did a vma medley half a decade ago so she doesn’t need to perform anywhere anymore bc she already did that like ?

this is the issue. because she doesn't promote the album the way y'all WANT her to, its "sabotage". it's literally not. both eras are rememberd and had MAJOR pop culture moments and phrases attached to them. in her eyes, that is a success. she doesn't care about streaming numbers or chart placements.

the way I see it is:

 

1. it's intentional
2. unknown factors have occurred that has changed the plans

 

but either way, to think that she suddenly forgot what she did for decades to great success and simply just doesn't know how to manage herself (as if she WANTS hits and streaming numbers and all that but just doesn't know how to get it) is ridiculous. We already saw this era how when BREAK MY SOUL was inching toward #1, the remix was promptly dropped. If she wants to get some sort of achievement, she'll do something to get it. Until then we will just keep waiting because she's never going to get on IG live and announce that there's behind-the-scenes issues. That's just not Beyoncé. Expecting her to do stuff she simply is not going to do is only willfully letting yourself get upset.

Beyoncé has already walked that road. she's paved the way for Doja to be where she is, actually.

 

I still have faith in the visuals. even the appetizer she served with tour visuals looked stunning. otherwise, she's not going to go on MTV's raggedy award show to promote herself. she doesn't need to do that! it's an attend-to-win award show and she's already the most awarded artist.
