Album as a whole, Lemonade is still better but REN definitely had better replay values and individual singles. Lemonade is filled with so much emotion, and we rarely saw the vulnerable side of B. The poems, the visuals, the experiment, the album cover and the multi-genre all in one album. The way she addressed infidelity, racism, politics and police brutality all in the same album. 

 

The rumours of Act 2 being political makes me so excited. Certain demographic will be riled up again. 

Renaissance is Beyoncé’s best work. Y’all can stop lying now

Now that we are a few months out from the 1 year anniversary of Renaissance, I told y’all last fall the insider said visuals in July 2023 possibly on HBO Max. I ain’t believe it either back then but now that we are in April with no hint at it coming, it’s looking very true. So settle in folks, I know I have months ago. I just be laughing at the hive jumping up at every single little thing. Best to just let the dream go and wait for her to officially announce instead of playing blue clues. If it comes sooner then that time than thank god, if not at least tour coming soon.

I have. It's called B'Day. My gay teenage self in 2007 was getting his life every day at 4:00 p.m. after school listening to that damn album on full blast, alone in the house.

my favorite off Lemonade alongside Love Drought and 6Inch. The softness on these 3 gems packed with the lyrical punch really trigger my love for music

Those are my top 3 as well, the TASTE listening to the climax of 6 inch for the first time gave me utter chills, the grip that song had on me when it first came out was unreal

I can see it in Australia as well. Thank god because it is one of my personal faves.

I remember when they randomly blocked Crazy in Love in Australia. Was not impressed, glad that is behind us.

Idk why she can’t just send Heated or AHAP to radio just because. It’s going to be in the 80s in New York City this week. I wanna hear Heated and/or AHAP on these streets. Cuff It season is over.

yes. hauntingly beautiful. another proof of beyonces masterful use of interpolations and samples. people want to make it seem like she is less artistic by using samples, however her use of them is usually top tier and very purposeful
