It is actually expected to do 100-115M. Rolling Stones' chart has WAP at 18M streams (excluding YouTube and Spotify) for 3 tracking days so 6M on average. 7 days give us 42M and YouTube/Spotify will bring at least 60M. It's cut cuz of new Billboard's rule which multiplies YouTube streams by 0.6 or so (I believe it's due to situation with TROLLZ and bots which were apparently used).
