Baby One More Time was a big culturam momentum but if you see its chartrun...there was a lot of other song charting like it back then. 

It was huge but it wasn't a Believe from Cher. or a My Heart Will Go On as far as i know.

Please name me all the 1999 songs that hit #1 in as many countries as BOMT.

 

And 'My Heart Will Go On' spent 20 weeks in the Hot 100, while 'Believe' 31 weeks. BOMT spent 32 weeks. What were you even trying to do with that?

The only thing outside of official sources that we use is Chartmasters because it puts Streaming,Psychical/Digital sales,Albums and other releases on a equal scale
