the song itself is a really cute album track that got waaaaaaaaay overhyped by stans and insta-teens watching that lil clip too much

 

i mean it slaps and i luv the song but it doesn’t have “hit” written on it at all ..... it won’t be any bigger than Bartier Cardi anyway

It’s a horrible song. I tried listening to it once and couldn’t finish it

Agreed. Even Money is better and listenable as bad as it is  

 

Nicki needs to come through and release Chun-Li 2.0

It's one of the... 4 (?) good songs she's had as a lead artist.

 

It won't smash cause the hook is a little... rough. It'd work on a different production, but it doesn't quite fit here, for me.

Could be a Money type moderate hit though, we'll see. If the video is released on a Friday, she's guaranteed a top 20 peak

if this flops she's gonna drag the bardi gang to hell on live cuz they basically forced her to put it out at this point

Had nothing to do with the video. If a song is good, it’ll smash or at least hang on a bit better. This is the streaming era, music videos don’t matter as much

Agree completely.  It should just be a buzz single and a bonus track on the album.

I feel like the video wouldve brought a lot more attention if it was anything close to Money vid quality. Locals have been pretty receptive of the song
