I think #11 should be Chris brown seeing that he was at 74.5 million singles+album sales in 2017

This is just the list of Top 40 males, I have the rest of them saved too.

Updated. Bruno Mars moves one spot up at #9 above Lil Wayne and crosses 100M units certified. 

There is also new addition to the list - Luke Bryan.

 

Drake, Eminem, J. Cole, Travis Scott and Calvin Harris all remain stable although their certs went higher.
