wasn't there going to be a "re-do" of sorts of the original Butterfly/ROL/IP/The Velvet Rope rate?  i feel like it was because of an anniversary of that particular rate or something.

Kylie's debut celebrated 30 years recently, we should give her the long awaited discography rate to celebrate. 

Could I host a rate of 2018 singles by LGBT+ artists sometime towards the end of the year, or maybe after Best of 2018 ends?

on a similar note, I guess Bloom wasn't ever used in a rate?  a TW2012 Pt. 2 could be good (though i'm also here for a full BH rate).
