We could literally have 3-4 parts

I'd be here for a sort of soft reboot of the rate list, though. It's messy that we can't use an album at all because it has been used in a flop rate from 2011.

 

If the proposed rate is interesting or different enough from the one before it, I think the rule should be waived.

While I know Carrie, Cam & Kelsea released in 2015 they were all so much more prominent in 2016 (Carrie had three singles, Cam had two and Kelsea had three).

 

If not it's totally understandable, or if you have an idea how I could actually title it I'd be more than willing to collaborate!
