Dua has one last shot at #1 on Pop this coming Sunday. Her team just needs to clear the check otherwise Harry will be #1 for the next 3 months. 

Halsey is/was a radio force. The thing this era I feel because she’s already more established then I think her label didn’t bother pushing her songs that hard on radio

like they probably expected the songs to smash on their own/not as much as a bigger push than before since she had had many radio hits.

plus her tour was doing great and she already had WM/Eastside so there wasn’t need for a huge radio smash 

maybe if the tour was flopping then they would need to push for a hit but the tour was doing good

Halsey has a string of Pop hits so maybe Radio is already tired of her and tbh I don’t love Manic as much as I love Badlands/HFK though the singles Are strong enough to be pop smashes Graveyard/YSBS. I didn’t like Be Kind at all when it came out and now I think it’s not bad but I don’t feel it’s a smash though
