On the podcast she just did she mentioned having three things in the works, and I think a live album was one of them? She mentioned that she loves where she is at vocally right now and then mentioned that next year will be 25 years since winning American Idol. I think that points to a couple of things things: New single(s) Live album from the residency Re-recordings of her older music

I didn't love this album on my first listen but it's become my favorite album of the year after listening for a few weeks. She's one of the only artists that can make me cry just listening to a song.

I know the reaction from fans to the talk show years was mixed, but overall I think I'm really grateful for the huge amount of performances we got. She really explored every aspect of her voice in her Kellyokes and showed off so much range, in my opinion her vocals on the show surpassed anything she's done in the traditional recording studio for her albums. Starting in season 3 & 4 many of the performances were honestly giving studio vocals/recordings with the improved vocal production. I've downloaded over 200 performances from the show and added them to my library and I always love when they come on shuffle, even if they're shorter than a traditional song. Here's to hoping for a new studio album next year

Have others noticed the amount of Kellyoke encores being used this season? I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say there have only been like 3 new Kellyokes in the past ~5 weeks. And next week's are all repeats or cameokes too.

My favorites are sugar free gum and then there are sugar free fudgesicles that are pretty low calorie, like 40 calories I think. And then for drinks obviously zero sugar soda, and zero sugar Gatorade. Just make sure you rinse your mouth out with water if you're drinking stuff with citrus acid because even though it's zero sugar it can still erode your tooth enamel.

I've suspected for a while that she has nodules. And all of the talking/screaming she does for the tv show is definitely not helping, along with the changes that happen to the voice with getting older. I hope she takes the time she needs to heal so she can still have her voice for decades to come.

My dream would be that she performs and records the songs she sang at the AIEW pre-shows and then releases them once the residency is done. But in reality she'll probably just release a live album 💀

I've been on it for 3.5 years and I think(?) it has helped stop my hair loss. But I'm 26 so there's plenty of time for it to get worse still lol. I haven't experienced any side effect though.

I have a rare central nervous system tumor in my spine that will likely kill me one day - most people with this live 10 to 15 years. Over time it will likely cause progressive disabilities before killing me and that has been really hard to come to terms with. But it has made me try to enjoy every day and not worry about small things that don't matter.

Surfaced today. Written in 2014 with Kim Petras and produced by The Stereotypes. A slightly different version of “Hardest Part” also surfaced but the differences are very minor compared to the version we got last autumn.

This is a reach, but it made me think of the rock hudson lyric “you made sure to keep me small enough to keep me in between”. Maybe she was in such a defeated headspace while writing the album that the lowercase font fit her defeated/depressed mood? But I know that’s a bit of a reach, especially considering the entire album isn’t sad. Just made me think of how artists seem to make statements with the way they stylize titles (Demi using all capital letters for their most recent songs, JoJo ending every song title with a period on Max Love, etc).
