The problem is that it still won't top the Hot 100 since Despacito still has more radio and streams :jonny: I wanted Rih to snatch her 15th #1 but at the same time I really want Mariah's record to be broken :'(

But she's singing nearly 80% of the song. He just screams his worn-out tags in the first 6 seconds and leaves :skull: 

Only because it's discounted but if that's what it needs to go #1 on the hot 100 so be it :duca:
