Back in 2010, Peruvian star La Tigresa del Oriente ("The Tigress of the East") said Lady Gaga was copying her because of the whole tigress aesthetic with wigs and outfits. In Peru she was more of a viral, kind of meme-like figure (think Rebecca Black), but she took herself very seriously. At one point she even danced to "Poker Face," basically doing her own version of Gaga.

Oh that one was a promo for DWUW 2nd single and MV. When TMZ leaked a few minutes of the MV, you can see newspapers all over the wall about her scandals and downfall.

It didn't aim at Katy but a mock to the media :)))
