it's really weird what happened with her, it's only 6 years ago when she was posting "put Palestine back on the map" on her instagram. I sincerely don't know what's up.

Something I truly don't get it is why everyone rightfully expresses their support for the people of Iran, from pop stars to politicians and my coworkers, EVEN THIS SUPER PRO ISRAEL ANTI GAZA GUY I used to be acquainted with... he posts about "stand with Iran" and "Pray for Iran" and what not all the time, but he's seriously a zionist... but (almost) everyone is silent about Gaza... both are majority muslim/arab nations... Maybe I'm brainrotted or just becoming straight up paranoid, but this whole "timing" of the Iran massacre/uprising/demonstrations just seems so... weird to me... it's just a gut feeling, I'm not a geopolitical expert... Just something in my gut is saying "why now?". Ok maybe I just AM paranoid.

Islam was imposed on Iran tho. They were conquered and their culture existed without Islam for thousands of years

I know but I guess my fear is that US/Israel are gonna use this chance to once again portray themselves as "liberators" and "bringers of democracy", bring "regime change" and then install one of their puppets, just like Venezuela... and the fact that Iran is ruled by hardcore Islam laws is just the perfect justification for it all... and then they look like the heroes once again while Gaza continues to be flattened but everyone's busy "praying for Iran"... IDK ugh, yeah I think I'm in over my head with all of this.

The West wants to install a pro America, pro Isreal puppet into Iran again. So your skepticism is actually valid.

I see what you both are saying. It's hard for me to have a concrete stance since I'm not from there so I would love it if someone from that region could tell us or rather give us some insight

EXACTLY, yes, this is exactly what my gut feeling is telling me, what it comes down to. It feels like a perverted theatre play (the suffering of the Iranian people is real and must end, of course). But overall, it just feels so ... script-y to me! Like the perfect storm! I'm just not 100% buying into the motivations of the Western parties involved, including Israel of course.
