I think the same. Probably Harry is releasing in March and he wanted to avoid to "fight" with his new single and album. Then Beyoncé is definitely coming in May. Also there's Olivia who is coming somewhere between spring and summer, so Bruno was smart to release everything quickly and to avoid the future chaos.

Harry Styles, Olivia Rodrigo, BTS, Taylor (Self Titled TV is coming in 2026), Gaga & The Weeknd's collab and Beyonce are basically certain to release this year. There's also credible rumors about a potential Adele release late in the year. 2026 will be crowded AF with artists who can debut high. Bruno has an advantage in the sense that his releases tend to serve longevity more than big splashy debuts so even with competition he should be fine.

Hot Juicy and Wet was pretty bad and APT. was cute but not great. He needs a brand new sound if he wants to get even close to the smashery of DWAS.

"Slow" starts. Don't debut at the top. This will probably debut top 10, then plateau a bit, then climb up again if this performs like typical Bruno songs

However his "legend" status and general reputation has gone up a lot since 2016, so he may debut higher than 24K Magic.
