Oh hell no

Tell me the story and what did it look like when it happened? What patterns did you notice and how did your bf respond?

All women know if someone else tells you "He says he loves you all the time/you are so cute together/you are so pretty/etc", you better keep an eye out, because without fail these people will try to get uncomfortably close to your bf, if he lets them.

There was this girl who went above and beyond for my then bf in any situation, demanded emotional support from him, texting him all the time, wrote him long letters. He acted oblivious, but it was very obvious what was going on suburban

I only let it slide because I was inexperienced in relationships and I was lowkey over it at that point so I didn't gaf if he cheated tbh deadbanana But next time, I know my boundaries better lmao DON'T TEXT MY BF ABOUT YOUR DAY HE DOESN'T GIVE A **** CALL YOUR MOM OR SOMETHING

I do which is why we talk about things openly but I just feel pressed and annoyed at the friend the last two times they hung out he ****** me beforehand so I know he walked in smelling like my boochi

  • If you trust your boyfriend this shouldn't be a problem tbh

What do you mean by the second part?

Also how would you react in this situation?

I meant more like he brings him up a lot or makes it clear how often they talk to each other. If I were your friend, thats what I would do. I would try to very explicit about our relationship, that we talk a lot but because of you. Otherwise it would feel a bit shady

ANd honestly i would just let things unfold, you know? I think its a bit too soon to be worrying about that they might be ******* and stuff. And realistically, what could you even do about it anyway? Tell them they're only allowed to talk when you're around?

"Demanded emotional support" oh she would have to d*e right then and there

suburban

But right tho! Go tell your momma about that ****!

Tops and bottoms can't be just friends sis. The other fàg is trying to get ur man chick2

Girl just stalk him. Lots of relationship problems are easily solved by some researching

The "[ur bf's name] is always talking about how much he loves you and how perfect your relationship is" part reads as a covert power play. I fully believe he said that to you intentionally hoping it would make you a little insecure, not enough for it to warrant a huge reaction, but def enough to raise your eyebrow and have the thoughts ur having now. To me, that's what gives it away that this dude definitely is attracted to/wants your man. People with ulterior motives are often really stupid and have a tendency to tell on themselves, and it becomes obvious when you know what to look for. It's even more obvious when they're envious of something you have that they don't/can't have. Some people are just insecure losers that NEED to manufacture competition, even if it's in their own heads, because it's the only thing that regulates their inflated ego/low self-esteem.

Sure, there's always the possibility that the friend is just autistic/overly nice/bad with compliments and didn't mean anything by it, but in my anecdotal experience, most people don't fall into this category because most people aren't neurodivergent.

It's so interesting that people brought that up bc I've never thought of it like that! It was the first thing he said to me when we met so I thought of it as a compliment

Decided I was gonna stop doing the most and not bring it up unless I had a reason to. Mature right? Anyways, they had made some plans and the friend is sick and cancelling. My voodoo working
