I wasn't sold until the middle part with that bombastic chorus, this is best lead single in while tbh and very excited for this album, I feel this will be more dance floor oriented judging by this single

I think that his way of contrasting sad lyrics with upbeat music is one of my favorite elements of Mika's writing. I still remember the first time I heard All She Wants, I was really into the melody and how fun it all sounded and then heard "all… she… wants… is another son"—the way my jaw dropped and had to go back and LISTEN to the lyrics.
