I actually think 2014-2024 is all the same nose. The facial expressions might change the flare, and the other differences seem to be from angles and contouring. Noses always thin years after a nose job because for the first few years it's still subject to swelling and scar tissue. By 2024 it appears to have settled and then she went and got the tip raised like she wants to live in Whoville

Anyone can do whatever they want with their body blah blah blah blah but I genuinely have never seen anyone look good with this particular nose shape.
