I noticed multiple ATRL users with 0 posts going on a downvote rampage in several threads. Just my humble opinion but I feel like if you're not brave enough to post anything you should not being able to react to other posts, much less with a downvote. Like, people might get angry and will want to downvote you back and they should be in their right to do it.
