My mistake for looking at the YouTube upload date hahaha, I questioned it too when I looked at it

Came for Why Can't I by Liz Phair, but this was a seminal, ahead of its time masterpiece too

It's one of those songs where the first time you hear it you think "What the **** did I just listen to", but you can't get it out of your head.

Such an avantgarde Pop song whose impact you can still feel in todays Pop landscape in songs such as Angel of My Dreams by Jade or Charlis BRAT album. One of the very best Pop songs

 

It always pains me to see how COOL Gwen used to be back then and how incredibly washed up she is now. What a waste of creativity
