Her company most probably dropped the ball after the sales didn't meet their expectations even tho I don't know what they were expecting 💀

They did things mostly right.  The pre-debut web show where they selected the girls did well.  The pre-debut busking/fan meeting activities were well received.  They build this brand where they could sing  and dance.  And the girls were so pretty.  Then they debuted with a song and concept that threw all of this away.  Then their trending most popular member left the group.  Got caught up in the false economy of survival shows.  Then their multi-national company which made a bulk of their fortune producing concerts for the big 3 et al. found themselves in a time where there were no concerts.  But they muddled through never losing (any more) girls or their spirit until the contract was done.  They worked hard.

I wish her lawyers went with a reasonable amount to sue for because this much makes her come off as unhinged  definitely think YG scammed the 2NE1 girls to tour with nothing but hope and prayers while they rake in the coins, but this ain't the way to go about it.
