Yes, on their twitter, someone posted the link a few days ago, I think they were defending Tarzzan's black wanna be shenanigans.

I wish the quality was better because the Hold On Tight performance was fire.

We NEED this **** in HQ. One of their best shows ever. Most raw and unfiltered live vocal we've got for some songs like Armageddon too.

 

Performing like this, with a live band and and bit of freedom, plays to all of their strengths musically and performance wise. They are extremely mediocre as a lip sync and dance group but they completely come to life when you put that mic in their hand, especially Ning Ning and Winter. You can tell they enjoy it more too. It is utterly mystifying to me that SM doesn't see this and doesn't lean into their strengths more. I'd like to see their next tour be mostly live instead of 50/50 as their previous ones have been. K-pop groups who can serve in a music show stage are a dime a dozen, but there are only a handful of groups across 4th and 5th gen that could pull off what they did here.
