I like both but def picking flats. It's so satisfying when you hear a piece of meat away from the bone on a flat. Drums are so gristly. 

Drums because I feel they're easier to eat, but I'm well aware most people like flats.

I prefer flats but I'm not picky. I think asking for "all flats" or "all drums" somewhere is kinda tacky.

I personally don't have a preference as I can clean the meat right off the bone either way

I think it's common enough to where a lot of restaurants will do it, if not for a small upcharge 

The real answer is it depends where you get them from. If it's a Bar, then Drums. If it's a restaurant or nicer place then Flats

But I did, and alas, he stayed put and ate his Chili's wings 

I used to like drums but anymore, all those tendons and stringy stuff, and they are more prone to being undercooked, just nasty, the flap on skin they leave on them too, oh boy.
