that's … definitely an opinion lol. I don't think it's THAT bad. lifetimes or gimme gimme is just so much better imo. but at the same time we didn't hear the whole song and the sample is very catchy so maybe she does know better. I just hope she's gonna announce lifetimes as the next (promo) single cause we have to move on from WW.

She past Beyonce in monthly listeners on Spotify. She is now #30 worldwide of monthly listeners with her flop single. Wait until she releases this smash.

not sure what a promo single is anymore these days, as anything released can be called a single.  If it doesn't do anything, it's a flop.  If it does well, it's the next single.

HIH got a video and was never released. She did a number of short videos for the Smile tracks too. This is not concrete information.

Honestly it seems everything on this album will be better than WW, but I'll still keep my expectations low.…especially because this album seems like it's the most writing camp'd and soulless dance music she has ever made.

Even Smile, being as basic and generic as it was, had moments of dynamic personality and genuineness. 143 so far seems like a bunch of Kim Petras demos and other basic on-paper dance music with chatgpt'd lyrics, and it seems like "looking hot" is her whole personality this era. But I'll still remain hopeful that  there's more to it and wait patiently until September 20 to come to any conclusions.

I'll take anything over an album with Resilient/What Makes A Woman.

also IHHM definitely has more hit potential than Lifetimes in US (if it has cute playlists but I guess she wont get any playlists push from Capitol this era just like Smile)

You guys are so chronically negative that it's ridiculous. Just enjoy the music or don't. After all, Katy is the artist who is singing it and it's her era. Let her release what she wants and campaign it however. When she flops, you can blame her all you want but don't act like releasing a different single or doing xyz specific thing will save the album/her career. Things are how they are. If anything, 143's release week will be the one to watch because maybe an album track/previously released song will go viral.
